Jesus commanded his disciples to “Go, make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; and surely, I will be with you always, even to the end of the age” (Matthew 28:19-20). Jesus declared the Gospel would be preached to the whole world as a testimony to all the nations before the end would come (Matthew 24:14).

With these words of Jesus in mind, we are striving to be a mission-focused and mobilizing Church!

Annual Short-Term Mission Trips to Liberia, Africa!

Average cost is $3,700 per team member and includes travel, lodging, food, and opportunities of serving others. Team members should be in good health, flexible to serve, and ready to be the hands and feet of Jesus! 

Past Mission Teams have served in advancing key areas of Foster Care, Church & Community, Education, Medical, and Agriculture. Through the times spent serving in the community many of the mission teams have also made significant impacts in local ministry areas.

Most trips are 10 days long, occurring in June or July.

This year a team of 4 will serve July 15-26. 

Commitments for these trips are due months in advance. Informational meetings regarding these trips will be held for those interested in learning more about the organization or joining a team of missionaries.

Biennial Madison Mission Week (MMW)

Every other year, local youth groups have the opportunity to work in Jefferson County to provide help where needed. Mission options may vary from repair to homes, clean-up, and beautification. Come be the hands and feet of Christ right here at home!

The MMW experience is bound to open our youth’s eyes to the needs of their own community, and provides them an opportunity to practice service to those who are right next door to us. 

Average cost for each participant is less between $60-100. Registration is due in advance and will be posted here.

Biennial Youth Group Mission Trips

Every other year the Youth Group ventures away from Jefferson County to gain more mission experience. Each trip varies in location and outreach focus, but every trip is meant to expose our youth to the importance of missions and train them to continue their evangelistic calling.

New York Short-term Mission Trip

June 23-30, 2025 

Our Youth Group partners with New York School of Urban Ministry (https://nysum.org/) to gain practical urban training, evangelism skills among a more diverse group of people, and serve the homeless and needy of the inner city. 

This trip is bound to broaden the perspectives of our youth, opening their eyes to the desperate needs of those who get lost on the fringes in city life. We pray it gives us insight in how to best serve those within our own community when we return, as well as, inspire us to go beyond our communities to spread the Good News.
